Death leaves an immense hole in our lives. The death of a small business owner can leave holes in many lives. While you are in the midst of the immediate post-death process, the employees are suddenly wondering if they will be getting paid. This is not your greatest concern, but it will be a very big concern to those employees.
NextPhase can normally immediately place a manager into the company. While we will not know the ins and outs of all of the processes used by the company, we will be able to define next steps for those employees. If the business is to survive, those employees need to remain and continue to do their work. We will not be making changes, either; we simply do what we can to make certain the lights stay on and the work gets done.
You will not be presented with a bill for these services. This is something we do as a service to the communities we serve.
